Things to do, and places to visit near Baan Pak Sabai Resort, are plentiful and affordable.
We are close to Khao Peangma National Park, and Khao Yai National Park is only an hour’s drive away. If you’re travelling to Nakhorn Ratchasima Province to visit these beautiful parks, why not pay us a visit and dine in our restaurant before retiring for the night in one of our poolside rooms or spacious chalets? Don’t forget we can also supply tents with bedding too, or you could bring your own.
Also within an hour’s drive from the Baan Pak Sabai mountainside resort, white water rafting is available, and this area is well known for its many vineyards and historic monuments. The world famous Farm Chokchai “Wild West” themed dairy farm, a delight for young and old, can easily be reached, visited, and returned from, between breakfast and dinner at our restaurant.
Both of the famous Khmer temple ruins, at Preah Vihear and Phimai, are easily accessible as day trips. Close to Phimai is a dinosaur museum and archaeological park. Nakhon Ratchasima City, with it’s beautiful city moat and reconstructed city gates and forts, is only an hour’s drive. En-route to the city, you pass through the Pak Thong Chai silk village, famous for high-quality fashion and formal wear. For trips like these, we’ll be pleased to prepare a picnic lunch-hamper for you – just ask at the restaurant.
Or, why not simply spend your days touring this beautiful area, visiting well known vineyards, organic vegetable farms, and local flower producers. The views and scenery from our quiet country roads are breathtaking, with a photo opportunity can be found at every bend and hill top.
